Serenity Linen Online – Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition, with proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, used bedding, towels, pillows, duvet inners, and mattress protectors cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the customer's responsibility.
